Abstract : This paper proposes a general framework analysis based on the partner characteristics, and the conditions of alliance performance, integrating two of the main approaches in the literature as the competitor analysis and the ressource-based view of the firm. Ultimately, the purpose of this case study is to propose a framework able to evaluate the prospective alliance performance through the analyses of the partner firms and the alliance condition.
